SLJ Activity 2: Mighty Mangroves

Mighty Mangroves - my strong Dad


My Dad is strong because he works hard on our farm. He also does sit ups everyday. He likes to run and water ski which makes him fit and strong.

    Woah! I bet your Dad is super strong!
    What kind of animals do you farm? That is really hard work everyday on a farm - Do you help your Dad out lots? Any jobs that you really love doing?

    Oh man sit ups everyday, that also sounds very tiring - Do you ever have competitions with him to see who can do the most?

    That's really awesome that he likes to run and water skii - Do you run with him sometimes? Do you also water skii?
    I am sure there are some amazing places where you live to do lots of water activities, hopefully you have had heaps of time this summer out in the sunshine enjoying the water!

    Great job with this activity Zac - I am sure your Dad would be super chuffed that you chose him to blog about :)

      Hello Elle,

      On our farm we have a dog, cat, horse, pony, deer, and lots of cows. I like to help Dad shift the cows sometimes.


      A few times our family have had a competition, but Dad always ends up winning! Instead of running with Dad I like to bike along with him instead.
